Every session builds on the last. I track your progress, notice your edges, and calibrate each intervention to exactly what your system can integrate that day. This level of attunement creates breakthroughs that would take months or years to achieve on your own.

When you work with books or videos, you’re translating generic guidance. In groups, you receive what the collective needs. Here, every moment responds to what your body is revealing right now.

How We Work Together

Some clients come with specific intentions—chronic pain, anxiety patterns, trauma held in the body. Others arrive knowing something needs to shift without being able to name it. Either way, we begin where you are.

Our first conversation explores whether we’re well-suited to work together. If we proceed, our first full session establishes the foundation—I learn how your system communicates, what resources you already have, and where attention wants to go.

Each session uses what your body needs: Feldenkrais for releasing unconscious holding patterns, breathwork to restore natural breathing mechanics, nervous system regulation you can use in real-time, and somatic approaches to developmental trauma.

Between sessions, you have practice protocols and access to me via voice note or text for support.

€290 to €590 per month (sliding scale) – price is for 4 sessions.

Bi-weekly sessions with practice protocols between sessions.
€145 to €245 per month (sliding scale) – price is for 2 sessions.
