30-day online program

The Somatic Lab

Twenty minutes a day for thirty days of gentle, seated Feldenkrais micro-movements, guided in text, to help your nervous system shift from protection to ease.

The Somatic Lab is being redesigned and will be back soon.

What the Somatic Lab is

Each day you receive a short somatic experiment: a sequence of very small movements done while sitting on a chair, with questions for self-reflection. It takes around 20 to 30 minutes, and all you need is a quiet place to be with yourself.

The lessons are based on the Feldenkrais Method (Awareness Through Movement). Small movements create differentiation: they let your nervous system notice subtle differences and build new options, where old protective patterns used to run.

The guidance is in text, without video or audio. You read, pause, feel and move only as much as feels right, at your own pace, instead of following someone else’s rhythm.

What shifts in 30 days

Week 1 · Foundation

Your nervous system begins to recognize safety, and chronic holding starts to soften.

Week 2 · Integration

Your center becomes tangible, not conceptual.

Week 3 · Expansion

Presence deepens, and movement feels easier without forcing.

Week 4 · Embodiment

The changes start to carry into daily life.

What participants noticed

  • “My spine is moving as if the bones are floating with air between them. A lot of tension in the back is gone. I feel calm and awake.”
  • “Walking gets easier every day. I am amazed how well I can sense the inside of my physical body.”
  • “These centering exercises are giving a higher sense of balance in my dancing. It feels easier to find this centre again during the day.”
