Who we are

Native State is the practice of Nikola, a Feldenkrais practitioner and somatic coach based in Belgrade, Serbia. In this document “I”, “we” and “us” mean Native State. You can reach me at office@nativestate.co.

Not medical advice

The Feldenkrais Method and somatic coaching are educational practices. They are not medical treatment, physiotherapy or psychotherapy, and nothing on this website or in our work together is a diagnosis. If you have a medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant, please speak with your doctor before starting and let me know before we begin.

Always move within what feels comfortable, and stop if something hurts. You are responsible for your own wellbeing during sessions, classes and recordings.

Bookings and payments

Prices, dates and what is included are shown on each offer page and confirmed when you book. Payment details are sent with your booking confirmation. Conditions for rescheduling, cancellations and refunds are stated on the offer page or in your confirmation.

Courses and recordings

Courses and recordings are for your personal use. Please do not share your access, download links or files with others, and do not publish or resell them.

Using the website

All texts, recordings, images and other materials on this website belong to Native State or are used with permission. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or sell them without written permission.

The website links to other websites and services, such as Zoom, WhatsApp and Instagram. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, Native State is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. If a disagreement arises, please contact us first, and we will do our best to resolve it together. If we cannot, the competent court in Belgrade will decide, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have in your own country.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
