Neuroplasticity Through Movement Workshops
Koh Phangan 🇹🇭 Jan-March 2026
Discovering Ease
& Nurturing Aliveness
Embodied Practice for Individual and Planetary Transformation
A 3-day somatic workshop using the Feldenkrais Method® to rewire your nervous system and discover ease in your body.
We move slowly. Slow enough to feel what you’re actually doing, not what you think you should be doing. Letting go of what’s unnecessary until only ease remains.

Something is shifting on this planet. We can all feel it.
These times demand everything. Presence. Resilience. The capacity to stay when things get hard. And most of us are navigating this with bodies that are chronically braced. Tension so familiar we forget it wasn’t always there. Pain that migrates but never fully leaves. A sense of living a few inches above the body rather than fully in it.
What if the limitation isn’t in your body,
but in your brain, your nervous system?
Every pattern of holding, every compensation, every place you brace are neural maps wired deep into your brain. You cannot stretch them away or think them into release.
Finding the movements your nervous system recognizes as home
Native State workshops use the Feldenkrais Method®and principles of neuroplasticity to work with a fundamental understanding: your body is not a machine to fix but an intelligent system capable of reorganizing itself.
Through gentle, guided movement explorations, we create conditions for your nervous system to sense more clearly, dissolve habitual patterns, and discover ease you didn’t know was available. Not through force. Not through trying harder. But through awareness, curiosity, and the kind of learning that happens when you finally stop overriding yourself.

We’re working with your nervous system, where patterns actually live.
When you change how your nervous system organizes movement, you change how you organize everything—how you breathe, how you feel, how you respond to stress, how you show up in the world.
Tight hips aren’t separate from rigid thinking.
Shallow breath isn’t separate from limited feeling.
🧠
Why This Matters Beyond You
We are living in a time of profound transformation—planetary, cultural, personal. And many of us are navigating this with bodies that are chronically braced, breath that stays shallow, nervous systems stuck in patterns that were learned long ago and never questioned.
When we carry unmetabolized tension, we become less available; to ourselves, to each other, to what wants to emerge.
- We react instead of respond.
- We numb instead of feel.
- We pass our stress to those around us without meaning to.
The rigidity in our hips becomes rigidity in our thinking.
The holding in our breath becomes an inability to hold complexity.
But here’s what’s possible:
ALIVENESS IS CONTAGIOUS.
When you learn to soften chronic bracing, to breathe more fully, to inhabit your body with more ease, you don’t just change yourself.
You change the field around you. People can feel it.
Your nervous system speaks to their nervous system.
Your capacity to stay present, to not collapse or harden, to hold nuance—this becomes permission for others to do the same.
Individual healing creates collective capacity.
Not through fixing the world, but through becoming someone who can be here—grounded, responsive, capable of meeting what is with curiosity instead of reactivity.
The world doesn’t need more people transcending their bodies or bypassing their humanness.
It needs people who are actually present in their aliveness, in their fullness,
in their embodied capacity to stay when things get difficult.

Through this practice,
we become the people
this moment is asking us to be.
How we learn to move through complexity
without shutting down.
🌿
How we nurture the biological intelligence that wants us moving in the direction of more life, more presence, more ability to respond.
What You’ll Experience in The Workshop
Each session is a guided movement exploration, done lying on the floor. Gentle. Slow. Entirely at your own pace. There’s no model to imitate, no “correct” way to do it. Just your presence and the question: What becomes possible when I stop forcing and start sensing?
You’ll discover:
- How chronic tension and pain dissolve through awareness, not effort.
- Greater ease and freedom in movement—more flexible, more fluid, more integrated.
- Deeper, fuller breathing that happens naturally, without trying.
- Improved posture and balance that comes from the inside out.
- More mobility in your joints and spine.
- What it feels like when your nervous system finds new options.
- That ease isn’t something you earn—it’s something you allow.
And you’ll leave with a practice you can return to, a different relationship to your body, and a tangible sense of what changes when you finally inhabit yourself.
You’ll receive audio recordings of the sessions to continue exploring.

This Is For You If:
→ You carry chronic tension, pain, or stiffness, and you sense there’s a deeper pattern underneath.
→ You’re an athlete, dancer, musician, or movement practitioner looking to refine your performance, prevent injury, and access greater ease in how you move.
→ You sit for long hours at a desk or computer and feel disconnected from your body, stiff, compressed, and you’re seeking more comfort and vitality.
→ You’re on a spiritual path and want to deepen your embodiment, to ground your practice in the felt sense of being here, fully present in your body rather than transcending it.
→ You’re drawn to practices that work with your body’s intelligence rather than forcing it into submission.
→ You understand that personal transformation and collective healing aren’t separate, and you’re willing to do the slow, humble work of changing from the inside.

About the Feldenkrais Method®

The Feldenkrais Method® is a somatic education approach developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, a physicist and judo expert, in the 1940s. For over 75 years, it has been used worldwide to address chronic pain, neurological conditions, movement limitations, and to enhance performance across diverse fields. The method works directly with neuroplasticity—the brain’s capacity to form new neural pathways throughout life, using gentle, exploratory movement to rewire habitual patterns in the nervous system. Research supports its effectiveness for improving mobility, reducing pain, enhancing coordination, and supporting recovery from injury and stroke. Beyond these physical benefits, many practitioners report entering expanded states of awareness, a profound sense of wholeness, and a deepened connection to the spiritual dimension of embodied presence.
About Me

I’m a certified Feldenkrais Method® practitioner with training in multiple somatic modalities including Neuroaffective Touch and Aletheia psycho-spiritual coaching and somatic parts work. My work focuses on supporting people in developing a deeper somatic understanding of themselves, helping them feel more at home in their bodies, overcome physical limitations, and discover new capacity for presence and connection. I approach each person through multiple lenses, recognizing that transformation happens at the intersection of body, nervous system, emotion, and spirit. Whether addressing chronic pain, movement restrictions, or the desire for deeper embodiment, I work with the intelligence already present in your system.
Deepening Through
Individual Sessions
True transformation happens through the interweaving of collective and individual work.
In group sessions, we learn together, witness each other, and benefit from the shared nervous system field. There’s a power in that collective container that individual work alone can’t create.
And there are breakthroughs that only happen in the focused attention of one-on-one work, where I can feel directly into your specific patterns, where we can slow down and address exactly what your system needs, where there’s space for what can’t be spoken in a group.
Both matter. Both serve transformation. The group creates the field; the individual work allows for precision and depth.
For those who want to go deeper, I’m offering three (75min) additional one-on-one sessions as an add-on to this workshop. You can choose:
- A combination of both — tailored to what serves you most
- Functional Integration — hands-on Feldenkrais sessions where I work directly with your nervous system through touch and movement
- Somatic Coaching — online sessions addressing your specific patterns, questions, and embodied process

Why only 2 hours per day?
This is deep work that doesn’t require more “doing”—it requires integration. Each session creates profound shifts in your nervous system that continue unfolding for days and even weeks afterward. Shorter, focused sessions allow your system to absorb and integrate the learning rather than overwhelming it with too much input. Less is more in somatic work.
When should I schedule individual sessions?
It’s highly recommended to schedule your one-on-one sessions around the workshop days—either just before, between, or right after. This allows the group work and individual work to support and deepen each other, creating a more integrated transformation.
Do I need experience with the Feldenkrais Method?
No prior experience needed. All people are welcome—whether you’re completely new to somatic work or have been exploring it for years. The practice meets you wherever you are.
