Somatic Lab

Throughout our lives, we develop patterns in how we move, think, and feel. Some of these patterns can be helpful, while others can lead to stress, anxiety, chronic pain, suppressed emotions, and health issues.

This self-study course uses mindfulness, movement and somatic healing to rewire the brain and change unhealthy patterns, allowing you to move through life with more ease and harmony.

By stepping into a deep self-reflective movement inquiry and creating missing connections within yourself, you will develop an intimate relationship with your inner resources and embody tools to support you as you move forward.

Hi, I’m Nikola.

I’m here to help you build a relationship with your body-mind, setting you free to fulfill your purpose.

My approach is based on diverse studies of somatic, trauma-informed, and holistic healing practices.

The exercises in this program are developed from protocols I created to support my Feldenkrais and Somatic coaching practice.
Initially, they were made as an integration tool for in-between sessions, but as more people asked for short somatic protocols, I decided to include them in the more extended program that clients can follow on their own.

I’m happy to release them to the public in the form of a minimalistic self-study course.

Somatic Embodiment Self-Study Program

Discover how to rebalance your nervous system
and bring harmony to your actions.

The journey consists of 30 days of short somatic exercises and guidance for self-reflection.

You’ll learn the art of quiet observation and attention to details.

As you progress, you gain a new perspective on yourself, rebalancing your nervous system and emphasizing the simplicity and ease of the body-mind connection.

Each session is designed as a gentle movement inquiry to help you discover and repattern how you use yourself.

These exercises are based on the research and method developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais.
You will be seated, exploring very small movement sequences, and reflecting on your bodily sensations. It will help your nervous system to reorganize and create new neural pathways, bringing calm to your mind and ease to your body’s movement.

Lessons are provided in textual form (without video or audio), so you can move through them at your own pace and experience them in your own unique way.

Our goal is to create momentum in daily practice so that self-observation and self-fine-tuning become integral parts of everyday life.

Each day, you will receive a new somatic experiment protocol for self-exploration.

All you need is a quiet place to be with yourself for 20-30 min.
